Are aftermarket Skil HD 2645 Batteries Compatible to My Skil HD 2645 Charger?
Aftermarket power tool batteries were designed to work with your OEM Skil HD 2645 battery charger. Most power tool batteries are made with the same Japanese battery cells used in OEM batteries with the highest industry standards. These batteries are designed to original manufacturer’s specifications, and will meet or exceed original Skil HD 2645 batteries.

Prevent the Memory effect by keeping the drilll battery charged before you store it for long periods. Fully discharg it at least once every few weeks.

Keep the Skil HD 2645 Batteries Clean - Clean dirty battery contacts off to maintain a good connection between the battery and the drill.

We recommend using the battery at least once every month.

If you don't plan on using your drill battery for a month or more, store it in a dry, cool place and remember to charge it every 8 weeks. For older batteries ( a year or so) , you will want to charge them every 4 weeks because of higher internal impedence.
